Appointments & FAQ

Do I need to pay a deposit?

  • Yes! There's a $25 nonrefundable deposit fee, $20 will go towards your final balance . 

Do I need to do anything before the appointments​?

  • Yes! Instructions for what to do before each service are the following:

    • Facials: Deposits in FULL must be made BEFORE consultation. Indicate EXACT skin concerns & we will discuss the best approach for your skin's needs.​

    • Makeup: Please come with a clean face.  I currently DO NOT offer lash extensions. Brows MUST BE cleaned up, NO exceptions. If needed, must add brow clean up to service & indicate before booking or it'll result in a $10 up charge. 

    • Waxing: Hair must be 1/4 inches (a grain of rice) long approx. 2-3 weeks of  growth

Do you offer travel appointments​?

  • Yes! There's a fee depending on the distance. After consulting must be paid at time of booking.

Do you offer same-day appointments​?

  • Yes! There will be an additional fee.

What happens i​f I'm late?

  • You will have a 10 min grace period  after your scheduled appointment time. After 10 min, you will be charged $10 extra, after 15 min, $15 extra & after 20 min, you must reschedule.

What happens i​f don't show up?

  • NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments will result in a FULL payment for future  appointments with NO exceptions & possibly no further bookings.

Do you offer services for group events?

  • Yes, however group events must be consulted and scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance.


  • Masks are optional but recommended.

  • Only 1 guest per appointment. I want to ensure that everyone is safe and comfortable during their experience at RadiantSkin.

  • If you've come in contact with someone displaying any of the following symptoms 7 days before your appointment or if you are experiencing the following in the last 24-48 hours, please reschedule for a later date:

    • Fever/chills​

    • Coughing

    • Shortness of Breath

    • Fatigue

    • Muscle or Body Aches

    • Headache
